The CHILD Foundation’s Vision is to provide basic healthcare services to one million clients by the year 2030 and reduce mortality rate by 80% by educating communities, leveraging disease prevention techniques, and innovating healthcare treatment and delivery approaches.
In 2012, the Foundation developed its five-year strategy to focus on the prevention of root causes of poor health, such as malnutrition, lack of health awareness, poor hygiene, poor quality of water, etc. By collaborating with The Rotary Foundation and other NGOs, the CHILD Foundation has successfully implemented its five-year strategic priorities.
The Board intends to hold a strategic review in June 2016 to review its future priorities and guide its operation over the next five years.
