Long-term Strategy


CHILD Foundation’s Vision is to provide access to holistic and culturally sensitive healthcare to rural communities by leveraging modern technologies.

In late 2018, the Board of Directors initiated a strategic review process which will shape the organization in coming years. This will be finalized by mid-2019.

The Foundation did a similar exercise back in 2012 and developed its five-year strategy to focus on the prevention of root causes of poor health, such as malnutrition, lack of health awareness, poor hygiene, poor quality of water, etc. By collaborating with The Rotary Foundation and other NGOs, CHILD Foundation has successfully implemented its five-year strategic priorities.

The new strategy will be available later in 2019. The old 2012 strategy document is included in the attached presentation below:
